We hold exclusive cocktail making master classes Tuesday to Saturday between 2 and 4pm. Aside from exclusive use of the whole bar and attention of our bar manager and head bartender, you will gain thorough knowledge on all of the following:
• Specification of spirit chosen by your guests as basis for their cocktails.
• Tasting of the spirits.
• Different types of cocktails and the history behind them.
• Balancing and creating your own cocktails.
• Opportunity to create your own cocktails in groups of two or three.
The cost is £30 per person, and the group has to be between 14 and 22 guests. A 48-hour cancellation policy applies, and a 50% deposit is payable at the time of booking.
