We hold exclusive cocktail making master classes Tuesday to Saturday between 2 and 4pm. Aside from exclusive use of the whole bar and attention of our bar manager and head bartender, you will gain thorough knowledge on all of the following:
- Specification of spirit chosen by your guests as basis for their cocktails.
- Tasting of the spirits.
- Different types of cocktails and the history behind them.
- Balancing and creating your own cocktails.
- Opportunity to create your own cocktails in groups of two or three.
- The class will focus on one of the basic spirits chosen by you. We request that you let us know of your choice up to 5 working days in advance.
We only accept group bookings, between, between 14 and 22 guests and the cost of the event is £30. A 48-hour cancellation policy applies and a 50% deposit is payable at the time of booking.
